External heat activated (shrink sleeves) wrapping
External 3 & 4-layer polyethylene coatings
3-layer polyethylene coatings are applied to steel pipes as a combination of thermoset fusion bonded epoxy layer followed by copolymer bonding agents and thermoplastics in order to ensure protection against corrosion and mechanical damage
Our plants capabilities cover a wide range of pipe diameters and lengths from 2"- 120" and 40'-8-' respectively
GLOBTECH has an excellent track record in this field with more than 2000km of line pipe coated
GLOBETECH offers the following coatings;
3-layer HD polyethylene for services up to 85 degree Celsius
3-layer polyethylene for services up to 110 degree Celsius
4-layer polyethylene insulation coating for subsea services
Custom coating of spools & vessels
Internal & external coatings
FBE, liquid epoxies and polymer coatings
Prefabricated spools from 1/2" - 120" in Diameter, 1'-44' in length
